Our Company History
In 1994 a business partner and I set up a local Domiciliary Care Agency to provide care to people living in their own homes. Over a 12 year period the company grew extensively until it was decided that the best way to grow further was to divide the company into two. So it was that in April 2006, Town and Country Homecare Limited which was formed by my family and me.
Since then the company has grown dramatically, which is all the more pleasing because it is a family run business. Natalie my Daughter-in-Law is business manager, running payroll and recruitment amongst many other things, with my Granddaughter Chloe taking care of the accounts and marketing.
Our Registered Service Manager Debbie Piesse is supported by Carole Harrison, Kasia Chambers, Cherryl Head, Carly Porter and Sarah Packham. This extremely experienced office team use their broad knowledge of care provision to ensure a high quality service that supports the very diverse care packages that we look after. They use their own expertise, along with a sophisticated computer system to co-ordinate our highly trained care workers in the field.
Our “Private Care Service” business looks after more than 75 service users in their own homes, whilst continuing to provide services to Kent County Councils.
