I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and my office team to you. Between us we have a combined total of 80 years experience in the care industry and it is our mission to provide a high quality, reliable and responsive service tailored to the unique needs of each service user, to enable them to live as independently as possible in their homes, whilst promoting choice and dignity.

Deslys Day-Jolly - Company Director

I have been working in the care industry for over 30 years, starting as a community home carer, back in 1978. I spent the following 14 years working for Kent County Council, Social Services Dept, in various management positions in residential homes for elderly people, finishing as the Manager of a Linked Service Centre. I then spent 12 years as co owner of a successful care agency. After the division of this agency I started my own business Town and Country Homecare Limited. The company has grown considerably since its inception, which is all the more pleasing as it is now my family and I that run it.
